CRYO-EM: WIDENING COUNTRIES

Cryo-EM is central for EU priorities – such infrastructures are established in many countries. 108 automated cryo-EM instruments are installed in the EU, but only 8 exist in widening countries.

GREECE

The other widening countries, including Greece, do not currently possess this critical technology. hot4cryo aims to raise the research profile of the National Hellenic Research Foundation to a level comparable to leading EU research institutions.
