Fostering Collaborative Engagement: Hot4Cryo Team Hosts NCPs at NHRF

The NHRF witnessed an inspiring gathering as the Hot4Cryo team welcomed National Contact Points (NCPs) from diverse European countries and beyond, orchestrated by praxi network – FORTH. Representatives from Turkey, Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Poland, Finland converged to meet the Hot4Cryo team alongside Junior Professor Dr. Panagiotis Kastritis, our esteemed ERA Chair Holder.

During a focused and engaging 2-hour session, the Hot4Cryo team had the privilege of hosting these esteemed NCPs. This meeting provided a platform for each representative to gain insights into the specific roles within the Hot4Cryo project, sparking in-depth discussions and the exchange of valuable perspectives. Specifically, presentations from the ERA Chair Junior Group Leader, Dr. Kyrilis and from the ERA Chair Junior Professor Dr. Panagiotis Kastritis, provided extremely important insights into the implementation and vision of the Hot4Cryo project.

The encounter exemplified the boundless nature of collaboration. Engaging with such a diverse cohort of NCPs under the banner of the Widera Network was both enriching and enlightening.

The Hot4Cryo team extends heartfelt appreciation to praxi network – FORTH  and the visiting NCPs for their valuable presence and active involvement in our endeavors. Their support plays a crucial role in propelling the Hot4Cryo project toward its goals and success, which is to bring and consolidate cryo-EM knowledge to Greece and South East Europe.
